President’s Letter –July
It was a great night for the picnic! Good food, conversation and the weather even cooperated. Thanks Barb and Ed for volunteering and setting up the picnic.
The Scott Flahive cruise was also a success. In memory of a fallen officer, the memorial fund raises a lot of money for those going into law enforcement. They had more cars than anticipated this year (175) and some of our club members even won some raffle prizes.
New members joining this month were Diane and Del (50th anniversary Vette). Also, attending the picnic as a new guest was Jack W. Welcome to all!

Remember that nominations for next year’s officers will take place at the next two meetings (August and September). We will vote on officers at the October meeting. Please take note that anyone & everyone is/are qualified and hopefully willing to be nominated. Thanks for your consideration to serve Your Club.
We currently need a sunshine person (non-elected) and a web person (non-elected). All other positions are open for nominations for new people or current position holders.
Suggestions for next year’s longer cruise are being accepted NOW. Any and all will be considered.
