Application Process

After the Application Form is submitted an email will be sent to the Membership Director with the form data. The Membership Director may contact you for any missing information or for clarification. The application will then be reviewed by the Board. Once accepted, you will be contacted with additional steps that may include: NCCC application, payment information, and photos used for the website and badges. If you have any questions about the process please contact the Membership Director at membership@lakeshorecorvetteclub.com

Application Form Instructions

Most Memberships include a Primary member and optionally a Secondary Member (typically a spouse or companion). 

• Primary Member Information is required. Please fill in all fields in the Primary section.
• Spouse/Companion fields are not required, but should be filled in to include relevant information for all members.
• The Corvette Section is the place to specify your Corvette information. If you are lucky enough to have more than one Corvette, please provide that information in the Additional Corvettes field.
• Please select your desired Membership Type (per the by-laws) and confirm you have read and accept the by-laws
